Great service at a very fair price. I had Lou replace my stereo and I'm very happy with the results. Unfortunately their card machine wasn't working when I went there but I'm hoping they get that working soon, they really should!

This place is a disaster. Lou had no idea where he put my paperwork the inside is a mess things all over the place nothing's organized. Lou was a nice guy but my overall experience was worst than terrible. Been waiting a week now and he still has yet to find my paperwork. I will never return to this business again.

This company has the best prices in town. Alarm systems and any aftermarket product they can install in your car. They were friendly and very professional. My window tinting look great after they were done. Went back months later and got an automatic car starter this product is great for Bakersfield hot summers. Can start and cool off your car when you're indoors with a push of a button. This is great when you have small kids and don't have to put kids into a burning hot car. I recommend this place to anyone.

I called in about a year ago to get my alarm installed on my car, the person that picked up, wrote down my information but they never called me back, so I just left undone. I went in myself again to see the owner, he told me to come back tomorrow to get it installed. We are all busy, I understand. I schedule it to be done tomorrow. I came in the next day, got it installed, left for work. Two days later my car will not start, it seems to have a dead battery. I get the battery jumped by a kind Samaritan and I go home to get my battery charged up. This ended up happening twice. Most of the wiring were left hanging and insecure. One wire was hanging near my clutch, getting ready to latch on to it or my foot. The wire that hooks on to the siren was out in the open, not tucked in. The brain of the alarm was just tucked in place, not secured. I rewired everything again, added my truck release, and my hood pin switch. After doing what was should have been done here, everything is running perfectly fine now. Unfortunately, this is the only place that is willing to install aftermarket alarms, and that is the reason why I chose to get it done here. They also keep the extra wiring that they

lousy service. i purchased a dvd front loading system over $800, used hardly, car got broke into and stolen, insurance paid for new one, couple years ago. had them reinstall same $800 system, used maybe 5 times at most and motorized portion stopped working, i took to them and repair guy tries resetting, wouldn't work said motor must be burned out, i said on 5 times using lol. Went inside to talk to owner he said i have not used that unit in 5 years, i said no way its been 5 years, then he says its 7 years, said nothing could do. would have been nice to maybe pull unit out and check to see if installed correctly. forget this place too much hastle, when something goes wrong.
